(1) Waiver of Claims form,
(2) Pack Consent form,
(3) Health Form [only the Class 1 part needs to be filled out]

SCOUTS POPCORN FUNDRAISER INCLUDES DONATIONS TO TROOPS

08/28/09 "The Three Fires Council, Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops and Venture Crews will kick off their annual Popcorn Sale on September 1. The Council’s annual unit fundraiser provides youth members the opportunity to earn money for camp, trips, activities and enables the customer to send popcorn directly to U.S. military personnel.
